All of these betting markets and more were available for live betting on the Vijay Hazare Trophy match. 

There are detailed in-game stats for cricket matches at Betway. A live scorecard, a ball-by-ball score feed, and live streaming.

While not all live matches from all sports can be watched live on Betway, it does cover all major sports events. 

The NBA is not easily available on live TV in India. With Betway, you get live odds, Cashout, Handicap betting markets, and live streaming on NBA matches.

The same goes for the NHL. A wide range of live betting markets along with live streams. There was one thing that did not sit well with me about Betway’s live-streaming feature.

The only way you can contact Betway customer support is via Live Chat

This doesn’t sound good. Betway has mentioned this clearly in their Help section. 

This isn’t all though. There is no live widget hovering at the bottom of the page when you are navigating the site. 

The way to get to the live chat link is long and time-consuming. And when I finally connected via live chat, I found only automated responses. 

This is a big issue which Betway needs to seriously look into. Quality customer support that is easy to access and is available 24/7 is a must for any betting site in India. 

Betway’s live chat is available only between 8:30 AM and 12:30 AM IST.
